Had i only checked out OpticsFast reviews on YELP or the BBB i could have avoided those low lives . Without a doubt the WORST company on the planet ! Offering a pre paid postage label is their hook , But once they get your glasses they basically hold them hostage until they get what they want for repairs , if you do not agree with them they threaten to destroy them . I shipped my glasss to optics fast and was quoted a repair of 157.88 .I paid them with a credit card and and did not here back from them. I contacted them after three weeks and was told they had just shipped them back. I received them back in the same packing I shipped them in and they were not fixed. In March of this year, a propane space heater exploded and melted my eyeglasses (I had 2nd degree burns). The plastic which connects the temple to the front was melted.
