Sent glasses 1 month ago and can't get a response, not only that they were to suppose to replace the lenses but only straighten the frames, I NEVER EVEN WANTED TO GET MY FRAMES STRAIGHTEN and when I tried to call them you never get any response. I can't even get my glasses back! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Sent my glasses in for repair over 2 mts ago-paid them 25$ for the repair only to get a text msg from then saying that they could not fix then. On the website they had an exact demo of my repair on the website, so i was confident that they could fix (plus they advertise, if they can't fix it, no one can). Ripped off

Sent my Ray Bans in for repair. Never received them back. When contacting them through email or telephone they were very unprofessional. Constantly emailing me for a tip. You're supposed to earn a tip. Contacted Better Business Bureau they did nothing but standard procedure sorry about your luck. Was told the government was investigating them and confiscated my sunglasses. How convenient, they said they would return them when the government gives them back. That has been more than one year ago. Do not use this company or you will be sorry. That's guaranteed.

Took over a month to get glasses from OpticsFAST, so I cancelled but they still charged me 450.00 and sent the glasses (after I had already bought some at lenscrafters after being a month without glasses). Cannot see out of glasses they sent; progressive part of lenses all screwed up.

Only if I hold up glasses inches above my nose and press to my face can I see anything. Beware: Google optics fast, and you will find a million complaints, owner jailed for fraud. This place is a nightmare. Lots have complained with Better Business Bureau including me.

What a mistake. Never buy glasses online, and certainly not from these people.

Sent glasses for repair

Scam scam scam, I should have known and I should've checked the reviews prior to dealing with them. I only dealt with them because they had PayPal which is somewhat protected. When I called however they said they did not have PayPal anymore although they advertise it on their site. I sent my glasses for repair I got an estimate that was outrageous After reading the reviews online I realize that I would have to just forfeit the sunglasses versus deal with these rude un scrupulous people DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANT

scam business and horrible customer service !!!. i sue opticsfast for breach of contract on aug. 2017. they didn't show up and judge made a decision in favor of me. on march, 2017 i sent my sunglasses frames after confirming they will match the price of $50,53 for lens replacement with other company (sunglassfix.com). they sent me an invoice of $149,97) when they received my item. i asked them to ship it back and they asked for the shipping fee of $12. i refused the shipping fee because they couldn't match the price. they are holding my item over 6 months now. i called them several times regarding my frames and they hang off on me in the middle of talking saying "can't find". avoid this scam business!

AVOID! AVOID!

AVOID! THIEVERY? YOU DECIDE. BUT I RECOMMEND AVOIDING THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS.

They get your frames with free shipping and then hold them hostage unless you pay a lens replacement fee more than twice what they represent on their site. If you want your frames back, they then demand $12 shipping fee, AND have the gall to add a $.99 fee on top of that for their trouble!

STAY AWAY! If you have any doubts about this business, Google “optics fast.com and reviews.” Unfortunately, I didn’t do that before I trusted them with my designer sunglasses which I now have to ransom back.

I wish I would have read reviews online before sending in my glasses for repair. After 2 weeks of a repair estimate and paying for order--i called today since I had not got any promised updates on repair process and was rudely told that my glasses were mailed back ( I was charged $12) and that they were UNREPAIRABLE! Lesson learned--ALWAYS READ REVIEWS ONLINE before sending in an order. I feel that I lost $12 and mostly valuable time I could have spent finding someone else to repair my glasses. Next step--reporting to Better Business Bureau. Obviously this company is a online operating scam. PS: And disregard emails/texts from Becky. Not helpful at all.

I sent some old lenses in a month and a half ago to see if they could be repaired. They said they couldn't. and tell me what the price of new lenses would be so I pay for the lenses with my card but they never charged it so I waited and I waited and I ask him how much longer would it be and I said any day now they would be back so then they charge me $16 postage and handling for sending back the lenses and I asked him why am I paying this if they're sending me new lenses and they said oh we couldn't fix your old lenses and it was ridiculous that you didn't send the frame. The lady there was so rude. And they charged my card from eyeglassesdepot. I even asked them twice to cancel my order and said they couldn't because they had already got the new lenses and were working on them. I told them to do everybody a favor and go out of business.

1. The person that answers all their phone extentions does not have any idea of what good customer service is. She was very rude, outright brutal, she used the fact that she had many phone calls to answer as an excuse to brush off my questions and concerns. On the last call I placed to this "service", she simply said "she did not need this" and shipped my glasses back unrepaired. All I wanted was to speak to the owner or a manager to address the poor customer service and the price estimate(four times higher price than stated on their website) that had been emailed to me. 2. As far as I know, the owner, managers, Becky, Dino, etc., are nowhere to be found. The "person" answering all their phone lines controls the information going in and out of that place. 3. Wasted my time and money giving the a try.

Before you buy from OPTICSFAST.com please read the emails I received from BECKY simply asking for a return call to discuss a $700 order. This company has poor customer service. These are the actual replies I received: Email 1 “I am too swamped to make calls. I gave you a discount. I am not here to talk , I am here to give good deals in VOLUME.” Email 2 “Off you go… I have x amount of hours with x amount of staff to make x amount of money” Email 3 “You are Y , you don’t fit into my formula. I would not lift a finger to call a $100 order. Add 2 more zero’s maybe I will call you then.” Final Email “I got 340 orders since Friday. Your money …hmmm how I can say this in a nice way? Well since you posted a review.. I can say it in a mean way…. SUCK IT” Don’t buy anything from this company! BEWARE

Sent in an old useable pair of eyeglasses to have arm repaired. I didn't check reviews on line and I am so sorry. The arm was fixed. First I was quoted $40.00 but then it was changed to $137. I really wanted them fixed. I got them back and my custom prescription lenses were stripped out and replaced with clear plastic. The company denies touching the lenses. They keep telling me to send in rx. I think they wanted to scam me because they sent me a 50% off coupon. Absolutely the rudest people that I have ever talked to in my life. They are threatening to sue me for harassment because I contacted the BBB and Attorney General of NY. Don't order from them because u will be very sorry. All I want are my lenses back and it won't happen so at least give me back the $137.

Yuk. FastOptics is the absolute WORST online company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. No. Wait! They are simply the worst company I have ever dealt with. They make Comcast and ATT seem like model customer support organizations. Thank goodness I never sent them my glasses for repair (thank you to The Frame Mender for the 1 week turnaround and excellent quality repair). My entire lousy experience with FastOptics has been limited to their constant badgering messages to send in my glasses. It doesn't matter that I patiently informed them I won't be sending them my glasses. "Why not" was their response. Because, I replied, online reviews for FastOptics on Yelp and the BBB are dismal (plus they don't quote repairs until they've received the glasses unlike, say, The Frame Mender. With bad reviews and a pig-in-a-poke approach to the quote process, there was no way I was sending them my glasses to hold hostage). "Becky" replied that I was making a huuugh mistake, that they have great reviews with only a few hundred negative reviews because of some overly sensitive customers who complain at the littlest provocation. Not a good sign, I thought. Now, 2 weeks on, I get 1 or 2 daily messages to send in my already-repaired-by-someone-else glasses. Numerous requests to stop sending those messages have gone ignored. I finally gave them fair warning: if they sent me another message, I'd share my miserable experience on every social website I could find. In less than an hour, they replied that they'd already prepaid postage for my glasses and, therefore, I "must pay" them $5.49 to not send them in. I guess they figure their customers don't know or can't find out that Click-n-Ship postage is fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. These guys apparently know and will try every trick in the book to squeeze a few dollars from their customers. I shudder to think what tricks they would have tried if they'd gotten their mitts on my glasses. So here I am posting my experience everywhere I can find. FWIW, in response to my warning of posting this review, their reply was "the more [bad reviews] the merrier". Now that I'm actually posting as I warned them I would, the boneheads are calling me and threatening to IM and email bomb my phone. Poor sods apparently haven't heard of email blacklists and IM blocking.

Had i only checked out OpticsFast reviews on YELP or the BBB i could have avoided those low lives . Without a doubt the WORST company on the planet ! Offering a pre paid postage label is their hook , But once they get your glasses they basically hold them hostage until they get what they want for repairs , if you do not agree with them they threaten to destroy them . The staff there is the most rude cast of trailor trash i have had to deal within my entire life . With any luck at all these pigs will be out of business soon and not able to rip off folks .

Never in my life have i come across a company with a worse customer satisfaction. They depend on getting a hold of your property and not returning it until they get their price !

Why or how they remain in business is a mystery . After reading pages of comments of angry customers on virtually every consumer sight i can only wonder why state regulatory offices have not shut these thieves down !!!.
